The Android Meme play heavy, cinematic neo-industrial alt-metal out of Toronto. Stefano S. Amelio (vocals), Mathias A. Rodriguez (guitar), Vicky Blue (bass), Jake Hamilton (drums).

Their 2008 debut EP was produced by Rob Sanzo (Danko Jones, Voivod) and mastered by Roger Lian (Pantera, Soundgarden), landing them on Magna Carta Records. Their 2011 LP Ordo Ab Chao, produced and engineered by Matthew Von Wagner (Crystal Castles, USS), earned critical attention across Europe before the band dissolved in 2012. A 2018 comeback was cut short by Von Wagner's sudden death.

They rebuilt in 2021. "Looking Glass" came first, then Von Wagner's recovered hard drives surfaced with the 2018 demos intact. Those sessions became Crossing the Rubicon (2023 EP, mixed by Brett Carruthers of The Birthday Massacre), released on red vinyl and CD in January 2024.

"Verbum Vincet" (2024) is their highest-streaming single to date. Free speech, resistance. It opens their forthcoming concept album PSYWAR, releasing as three EPs that combine into one full-length LP. First single drops July 17, 2026.
